Last summer, my friend Daniel flew from Ireland to the South of France win a plan in his head: know the region between Cannes and Nice by bike.
We started our day in Antibes where we hi the road towards Cannes. This is my friend Stefano all geared up and ready to go!
Isn’t life cool in the South of France?
Once we arrived to Cannes we visited the top of the nearest hill to get this fantastic view.
Back in town we just crossed through this little market up to the Casino!
Hitting the road again now towards Nice. We have some 30 kms of road ahead of us.
This area is know as Beaulieu sur Mer (Nice place by the sea!)
Cagnes sur Mer is the place where the “Tour de France” began.
Close to the Airport of Nice you can see the planes landing. The airport is so close to the sea! While landing, if you look through the airplane windows, you can actually feel like you are about to land over the sea.
View from the “Promenade des Anglais”
The style!
Back in Nice we enjoyed the freak bycicle show, courtesy of the organization committee of the “Tour de France”.
After 65Kms of ride and 4 hours later we ended up at a bar in Antibes.
It was an awesome way to enjoy the South of France.
